The Auction Committee helps raise funds for 4-H members selling at the Bexar County Junior Livestock Show Auction and/or the Walter Gerlach Livestock Show Auction. This committee meets year round.
The Audit Committee audits our financial statements once a year and consists of a 3 member committee. The Treasurer shall be present to assist
The Budget Committee meets once a year in September and presents the budget at the October meeting for approval.
The Building Maintenance Committee meets as required and maintains the building as needed.
The Building Use Committee meets quarterly and is responsible for establishing guidelines for use of the building.
Christmas Party Committee plans the December Christmas Party meeting.
Clover Club Committee contacts and obtains new members for the Clover Club. The Clover Club Sponsors are recognized at annual Fun Nite and gifts are also given to sponsors at Christmas.
Cornyval Booth Committee works the booth on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the first weekend in May at the Helotes Cornyval. This booth is by the rodeo grounds and operates only when the rodeo is going on. Proceeds from this booth go into Scholarship Fund.
Cornyval Parking Lot Committee mans our Parking Lot on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the first weekend in May for the Helotes Cornyval. No meetings just parking cars. Proceeds go to General Fund. 2nd Biggest Fundraiser of the year.
The Fun Nite Committee starts meeting in May or June to plan our Largest Fundraiser of the year. Usually 5 to 6 meetings.
Halloween Committee provides hot dogs for the Cornyval Safe Halloween at the Festival Grounds. No meeting just cooking and serving free hot dogs.

The Land Committee is working to establish a camp for the Helotes 4-H members. Have 50 acres in Medina County next to Paradise Canyon. Meet 3rd Saturday of Month for work day and meeting. Address: 1825 CR 2615
Life Time Members Committee meets once to provide nominations to Booster Club. Life Time Members are announced and recognized at annual Fun Nite. A plaque is presented to member and their name is added to Life Time Member Plaque.
Membership Committee are members of the Helotes Ag Booster Club that promote membership for club.
Scholarship Committee presents the Scholarship Data Sheet to 4-H members and provides scholarship information to graduating seniors. Committee selects the scholarship recipients and the scholarship awards are presented at annual Fun Nite.
Triple Bitter Committee provides application to 4-H members and decides recipients of award. This award is presented at the May Helotes Ag Booster Club meeting.
